Nice cage, very comfortable to wear over longer period. The reason for only three stars, is that the rings are square edged, so skin gets pinched. And the rings brake after a few days of continous wear.

It felt really good when I figured out how best to configure it. With that said it seems best to use it for short sessions, as part of the plastic ring I was using snapped and broke during prolonged use for Locktober.
