What is the Training Book?
It is an ambitious project by the Sissification Academy’s Head Trainer, Frida, an entirely digital tool designed to complement and enhance your sissification. It’s your own private place to track your progress, help you stick to your commitments and take notes.
Is it intended to be used with something specific?
Yes, it has been developed especially for the massive Sissylover yearlong sissification program that we offer here 100% FREE! Most sissies who buy the book are already enrolled in the program, if you’re not then you can APPLY HERE.
Can I use it for things other than the sissification program?
Yes, these are just a few examples of what you can use it to help with:
- Are you seeking to lose weight? Make commitments and track daily meals or workouts.
- Do you want to be more flexible? Track daily/weekly yoga and keep yourself on course.
- Trying to master deep-throating? Track your morning and evening training sessions.
- Working on your sissygasms? Track dildo practice sessions and time spent wearing a buttplug.

Is it easy to use?
Yes, although the Training Book contains a large number of features and is quite advanced, it contains simple step-by-step instructions and is made to be intuitive and usable even for students that do not have a lot of computer experience and our staff is always happy to help if you have any difficulties using it.
Do I have to use all of it at once?
No, the Training Book is something you can explore a little at a time at a pace that works for you. As the sissification program progresses, you will get more detailed instructions of how to use it and each module you will receive instructions on new kinky and healthy habits to track. We expect most students to take a little time to get used to the book. There’s no need to worry that you are expected to use all of the sections from the start!
Can I use the training book with my Mistress/Master/Owner?
Yes, the Training Book is entirely digital so you can share it with your Owner so they can directly monitor your progress. However, by default it is completely private and no one can access it until you share it with them (and this includes trainers and teachers at the Academy).
Can I use it offline?
Yes, although we recommend you store it in an online storage service such as Google Drive, so you can access it from anywhere you have an internet connection, you can also download the Training Book directly to your computer/phone to use it offline (this will remove your ability to share it).
The Training Book is not designed for printing, but it can be printed out if a hard copy is required.
Do I need to buy a new book if I want to start over?
No, the Training Book is entirely digital so you can actually make as many copies as you want to. Some students like to have different books for different parts of their sissification journey and some like to start a new book every few months or if their goals change.

So far, after my first 3 weeks, this Sissy training book is working out really great! Since it’s based on a spreadsheet, it’s very easy to add a daily log entry line for say Facial and Skin Care, and log it without any issues. I am totally anal (In more ways than one.) and this book is perfect for me. I am still deciding whether I should give the Vibrator it’s own line or not. The only addition I would like to see is a more extensive help guide for the book, to clarify some things initially, but emailing the academy solved my initial issues.

Amazing training book. It’s very detailed, so don’t get scared. I do it every day and I must say I never been so horny. I used to watch only hypno videos and captions.. But this, this is another level.
Academy says it’s not mandatory to do the free training. But I restarted the training with this book and it makes so big difference. I would recommend it to anyone!
