The 1-week format felt a little short. I think it would be fun to have varying lengths, or like an add on program at the end of the week (1-week of daily check ins, then transition to once a week?). Regardless, this was a nice change of pace to the usual training.

Note, I did really enjoy the curation aspect of this program and the academy as a whole (suggested readings, videos, activities, fantasy prompts, etc.). I hope to see more of this in the future! It’s tough to find quality material sometimes, which is also why I’d like to say that the price feels justified since it appeared to me that someone actually out time and thought into this. I appreciate the commitment to excellence!!!

It was truly a fun and difficult challenge to try, I did not realise how big of a porn addict I was until I needed to stay away from it.

Porn ban challenge was a fun challenge to try for a guy like me, who sees porn or related content at least every other day or so. The challenge also helped to remind me that i can have fun just with my imagination and don’t always need porn for it.
If you feel like you want to step away form the porn for a few days and need a bit of a kick for it, this definitely helps with that! 7 days was plenty enough for a comfortable start but i can see this type of challenge with even more days. But i think that daily emails with instructions can be bit difficult then.
