    I wasn’t able to succeed to be locked the entire time. To be honest, I think I need to go back and take the beginners course before attempting this one again. The emails are encouraging and helpful, but I think I am just not disciplined enough yet, at this point, to check the site for the word of the day. Even when I set an alarm to check, my other obligations got in the way.

    The instructions for photo uploads for proof were straightforward and I say to follow.

    I did like the course, and knowing that I was accountable to someone did help me to keep myself locked the entire time, and longer than I ever have before. However, I wish that there was more encouragement or daily instructions involved. Personally, I like being teased and denied, so on top of my chastity time, I also added chastity encouragement and teasing videos, as well as sissy hypno videos and files, but maybe having them assigned to me instead of searching them out would have made it more exciting.

    A natural addition for me, to chastity, would be anal and dildo play.
