This is an amazing device, with various ring sizes for different scrotum shapes, a nice selection of spacers (one can make it nice and short!) and the electro-stim box I received with it had ample fun patterns at different strengths for mere stimulation or for mild-to-strenuous CBT play. One thing missing from the description was “Does not include Electrode Gel”!! Electrode Gel is essential. You will get annoying stinging from this if you do not have electrode gel on the plates. It really should be sold here at the store, but I bought mine elsewhere and it is not expensive. One complaint – the plastic partial-ring with three holes in it used between the spacer and the innermost piece with the three spikes broke with no strain on it almost immediately. It just snapped in half while putting it together. This shipped from China (which took a couple weeks), and I had no idea whether it was replaceable at all. I manage to use it minus that piece ok, but it was a disappointment. Still – for the price I cannot complain. The thing does the job beautifully, and I highly recommend it as a really fun piece – just get the electrode gel!!!
