I’ve used the size chart to determine my size but when it arrived it felt like all over the place, while the thong is just a little too large it’s the Babydoll witch irritated me even more because it was way too small, so keep that in mind and order about 2 sizes larger

I used the size chart, and bought the XXXL, but it was way too small, about 10 inches too small. Material was low quality. Also, it is very scratchy on the inside where the lace is. I highly recommend not buying this.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide shipping to 185 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Do you send digital items?

Audios, sissy school items (careers, extra classes, sissy training book) are all digital items and will not be sent physically. Audios and training books are downloadable digital items. Careers & Extra classes are study materials sent on your email
