What does the Academy actually do?
All of your Academy trainings are created for you to get to know your feminine side better, to accept it, and eventually to fall in love with it. Every step, every task is you exploring and understanding yourself better. It isn’t about brainwashing you into becoming someone else, it is giving you a moment and space to explore a side of yourself that may already be there. It is to let you try living more as a sissy/girl and see how it actually feels to be a more feminine version of yourself.
Over time, you most likely start noticing that you feel more confident, more attractive, and more content in your own skin. And you can choose how far you want to take it.
How does training work after I enroll?
After you sign up for a course, Academy will send you a personal training link by email. Each course can be started separately and at a time convenient for you. Each course has its own rules and progression, but you don’t need to figure any of that out beforehand. Mistress will guide you once you begin.
Note! You can purchase multiple courses at once, and you will receive multiple access links to start the courses, that’s all fine.
BUT DO NOT start multiple courses at once, it will become overwhelming, different tasks and rules will clash and possibly ruin your training experience. Do your courses one by one, proudly finish one before starting another!
How long does it take for me to go through the training?
Each training program has a different length, and you’ll see it marked on the course information page. Some require longer commitment, some take less than a day to complete. It really depends on the topic and what the class is aimed for. Some lessons are quite long, and it is perfectly fine to go through the classes at your own pace. While I do push you a little bit, I also understand that your training is not the only important thing in your life.
Will I be forced to do things? Do I need to send proofs to progress?
Nothing is forced upon you. You decide how much you want to commit. Of course, I would love to see you being eager, brave, and completing every task like a good girl, but I also understand that some assignments take a little courage before you are ready for them.
Checkpoints are part of the interactive course mechanics. Think of them as little gates along your training path, sometimes Mistress simply wants to know that you have completed a task before unlocking the next.
In most courses, sharing proof photos is optional. There are a few exceptions, such as Locktober, where certain challenges simply cannot be verified without proof. Even then, sending proof is still your choice, but without it, Mistress cannot review and verify if the assignment was completed successfully.
Do I need to already own anything before I start?
The training course page will tell you if there are any items you need to own before you start. If the page does not mention it, you don’t need anything to start.
Which course should I start with?
Everyone arrives at the Academy from a different place. Some students are completely new, while others have been exploring this side of themselves for years. Regardless of your experience level, I usually recommend beginning with the Feminization Training Program.
Why? Because it gives you the best introduction to how the Academy works. You’ll learn the training format, meet the Academy team, establish your starting baseline, and give your Trainers a better understanding of where you are in your journey.

Who made these trainings?
The majority of the Academy trainings are made by me, Mistress Alyssa. I have always loved creative writing and designing experiences that feel special and a little different from the ordinary. Whether it is a moody dinner party with friends, a sexy play session with my hubby, or a digital training experience for my sweet sissy students, I feel in my own element creating these special moments and adding some spice to everyday life.
We do have a few courses that were created in collaboration with other members of the Academy team. We prefer not to use AI in the writing and creative process of course creation (with the exception of images). I want you to hear my voice, my words, and my intentions while you are going through the course. It is important to me that you feel a connection to me.
Is the payment discreet?
Yes, the payment is both discreet and safe. Nothing about the website or training is mentioned on your bank statement.
Do I need to buy items while doing the courses?
Yes, some courses need you to buy items while we are at it. For example, the Makeup Course, at first, you don’t need anything to start, but I will guide you through exactly what items you need to purchase in order for you to do your pretty girl makeup. There is no affiliation, and you can choose your own local store or online shop to purchase the things needed. Some skills can only be practiced with items.

I’m interested however my circumstances make it hard. I have rarely any free time alone and if I do it’s not for long periods of time. Is it still a viable course for me to participate in?

Some extent yes, you can still participate, and you wouldn’t be the only one who keeps most of the feminization and submission in their head.
There are still many tasks you can do while other people are around, like taking a sensual bath, listening to my pink meditation audio, reading the instructions and filling the blanks that will somewhat lead you into a specific scenario you might not want to come out of.
As the training progresses, there’s a lot more to explore, but you can still work around your own schedule and privacy. The platform saves your progress, so you can simply continue from where you left off.
I’ve also kept Part 1 (https://sissylover.com/p/self-study-course-019/) at a low price so you can try and see whether it feels fun and workable in your circumstances.
For moments where there are optional picture proofs, will we be told that sending a picture is possible for the task? Or should we take initiative and send proof to Mistress Alyssa if we feel comfortable enough? I don’t know if it is apart of the course yet, but as an example, for the MSR, would it be appropriate to send proof of ourselves training? Or is that too over eager, breaking a boundary?

That’s a good question!
I’ll ask for proof when I want it. Otherwise things could get a little chaotic. If you’re particularly proud of something and want to show me a little more than I asked for, you can always email and ask for permission to send additional proof. Just don’t send it before I’ve said yes. A good student asks first.
And no, it won’t always be a picture. Sometimes I may ask for a different kind of proof instead (I like keeping you guessing a little).
MSR requires proof.
