Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided that fulfillment or shipping has not yet started. If you need to update shipping details or change the items in your order, please also contact us within this window. After this time, changes cannot be guaranteed. 

If an order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including 2-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a replacement.
Refunds or reshipments may also be offered if you receive an incorrect item or find the quality unsatisfactory.

In case you no longer want an item, a refund may be available, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • You return it at your own expense
  • Return is authorized by us beforehand

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. incorrect address, missing contact details)
  • Products that are delivered successfully and as described
  • Digital items that have already been accessed

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please contact us first. We’ll confirm if an exchange is possible and guide you through the steps.

Some items like training material on our store may be delivered digitally. These are not eligible for refunds once access has been granted, in accordance with consumer laws.
By placing an order that includes a digital item, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately, and that any applicable withdrawal rights are waived at that time.

Refund or reshipment requests must be submitted:

  • Within 15 days of receiving your order, or
  • Within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period has expired (if undelivered)
